Text-message reminders
My Lunch Notes sends one daily text message containing a ready-to-write note for someone you love, on the schedule you choose during setup.
How you opt in
You opt in on our signup form by entering your mobile number, verifying it with a one-time code, and checking a box that says you agree to receive recurring daily note reminders from My Lunch Notes. We record the date and time of your consent. We never send marketing texts, and we never text anyone but you — the person writing the notes.
What you'll receive
- Up to one message per day on the days you choose (for example, Monday–Friday at 6:00 a.m.), plus occasional occasion reminders (birthdays, anniversaries) you turn on yourself.
- Message frequency varies with your chosen schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOPto any message to cancel text reminders at any time. We'll confirm once, then stop — your notes can continue by email if you like.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Reply START to resume after stopping.
Your data
We use your phone number only to deliver the reminders you asked for. We never sell or share your number or your recipients' information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
